Peace Gardens is the project which Paradise Gardens
Enterprises funds through its sale of products and merchandise from Mandolin
House Gift Shop.Peace Gardens helps individuals to heal through the core values
of peace, love and higher ethics. It captures the spirit of a loving community
(non-residential) in a 160 acre state of the art park venue here in Calgary.
The gardens uplift, strengthen self-esteem, provide life-skills, and explore
our talents and provide for those in need. The cultural diversity and architectural
rich backdrop provides a multitude of experiences.
Regional flavors are reflected in the studios, theaters, restaurants, greenhouses
and programs to encompass a subtle appreciation, but the real focus is on
the potential of each of us. These self-sustaining gardens will incorporate
‘The Green Standard’. Peace Gardens is a catalyst, motivating
us to become all we can be through teaching us the core values of dignity
and respect, while being powerfully harmless and developing the ideal of humanity
in harmony. Peace Gardens promotes higher standards of thought, accountability
and performance. Peace Gardens is a catalyst, a motivation to become all that
we can be.
The magic of Peace Gardens is that when we connect with others, we gain compassion
and this sparks a natural outpouring of desire to serve the world. The humanitarian
service projects will spread this natural affection world-wide. Peace Gardens
will network between individuals and charities that fit the Paradise Gardens
Enterprises’ humanitarian mission. For one, restaurants will serve fresh
garden food and the Southern Alberta Food Bank and other charities will benefit
from the surplus.
